You can't eat junk food, of course, at least not as much as you like, but you do eat carbs, proteins, fruits, vegetables. You can create a menu based on the kind of food that you like and then you just shift it around.
The truth is: by eating a Low Carb diet, you do not provide sufficient carbohydrates to your body for daily function. Therefore it will start burning the stored carbohydrates (glycogen) for energy. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu. The average American gets almost fifty percent of his or her calories from carbohydrates, and only 16% from protein. It’s estimated that those few people living in hunter-gatherer societies take in about twice that in protein.
